the fine print:

1. there is no charge for this session.  all you have to do is show up in your matilda jane & have fun!!
2. this photo shoot is going to be all about the girls having a good time.  i may get a few posed shots, but most of all i want to capture them giggling, running, laughing, playing & exploring.  the theme is all gussied up.  i am in the process of getting some fun purses, headpieces, jewelry & makeup for them to play around with.
3. mamas (wearing your matilda jane, of course) are welcome to be a part of the fun!!  please email ashley lindler - aflindler@hotmail.com - if you are planning to come, along with what you will be wearing from the house of clouds line (or any matilda jane pieces that will coordinate with the house of clouds line.  there are so many previous lines that mix perfectly with these.)  we want this to be an eclectic look, so please be mindful of what others are wearing.  we would hate to have 3 girls show up in the emilia or have two mamas in their party dress.  the more differentiation we have, the better the pictures will be!!
4. there will be an online gallery of images.  by no means will you be obligated to buy anything, but you will have the opportunity to purchase digital images.  if purchased, you will have full rights to these photos.  the cost will be $25/image or $100 for a CD with all images in which your child is included.  (for those of you with multiple children, this CD will include all of your children.)
5. these photos will be used for portfolio purposes.  i will post these on my facebook page as well as my blog.  i will also submit a favorite to the matilda jane photo love contest (when the next one comes around.  here is the most recent winner.)  images could also be used for printed promotional materials.
6. i will not share the names of your children or any personal information.  although, if you are on facebook, i would love to tag you in the photos that i post there.
7. last, but not least, if you would like to take advantage of the beautiful location & the fact that your girls are already dressed in their best, bring along daddy & the brothers for one of my more traditional spring mini session.  i have four slots available on this day (2 before the photo shoot & 2 after.)  this is first come, first serve.  i would love to open up more slots on this day (since half of your family will already be here) but am working around the sun schedule.  if all of the times are taken for this day, i would love to photograph your family during one of my regularly scheduled spring sessions.
8. as a thank you, all who book a family session will have the opportunity to purchase the CD of images from the matilda jane session for $75 (instead of $100).
