Here is a quick sneak peek from Saturday!

I’ll be posting more images and the slideshow by tomorrow!
The past 5 days have been absolutely INSANE! I’m a little behind because of all of my recent shoots and travels: since Friday - 2 trips back and forth to North Augusta (rehearsal dinner & wedding), to Charlotte (bridal session), to Clinton (bridal session), and finally to Bamberg yesterday (corporate shoot), then a baby session last night. Today and tomorrow are catch up in office days!
More to come soon! Have a great day!

On Saturday morning, as I was packing my car up to head downtown to shoot Lauren & Jason’s wedding , I looked up, saw dark clouds, and then felt a couple of raindrops on my head. Oh No. I knew that both wedding and reception were outdoors at the Seibels House and Gardens. The rain came and went, and thankfully didn’t disturb the beautiful wedding! Of course, it was reassuring having the “Back up plan” tents set up, just in case
Working with Lauren and Jason has been so fun - and their family and friends were awesome too! Here are a few favorites!

Saturday we photographed Lauren & Scott’s wedding at the Mitchell House & Gardens in Lexington. I have really enjoyed getting to know Lauren during the planning process…it seems like just yesterday I was meeting this precious couple in Barnes and Noble! These two are SO in love and I just know they are going to have a blessed marriage! We worked with many fabulous vendors, including Player Wedding Films. James and Marianna are wonderful!

This was the perfect spring wedding! Amazing weather, bright blue sky, gorgeous flowers, beautiful bride, adorable groom! The whole day was full of laughter, fun, friends, family, lots of smiles, and some oh-so-adorable children! Thank you for allowing me to capture your special day. It was truly a blessing!

Erica & Jeroen’s wedding had to be one of the most geographically diverse I’ve ever photographed! Erica and her family from Wisconsin, Jeroen and family from Holland, and many friends from Aruba (where Jeroen is currently living). Both wedding and reception were at Wintergreen Woods in Lexington. The night held many surprises…the best one was when Jeroen started singing Michael Buble and no one could tell it wasn’t Michael! He sang “You’re Everything” to his new bride…SO SWEET! Melanie Murphy of By Invitation Only planned and designed the event, and did a fantastic job as always! I love working with Melanie because I just know the wedding is going to go smoothly! Also Leslie Whacker of Southern Stems did the floral design. FABULOUS! Also thanks to my friend and fellow photographer Brantley Freeman who second shot for me! We had so much fun together!
Here are some faves!

What a FUN wedding! Paula and Joe had a blast!! Paula is the perfect example of my favorite thing about being a photographer. Taking pictures? Yep that’s fun. But it is even better when one of my clients becomes a friend! I am crazy about the relationship aspect of my business. From the first time I met Paula when she and Joe sat on my couch interviewing me for a wedding photographer, I just knew if given the opportunity this would be one fun girl to get to know! And lucky for me, she booked me! YAY! I have so enjoyed our friendship! And Joe cracks me up too-he and my husband have such similar personalities. I know there is tons of love and laughter ahead for this precious couple!
